Terms and Conditions

Minimum advt period: three full calendar months for Parisaravahini/Pushpak/ Suvarna/Big-10/ SLF buses. One full calendar month for Marco polo Suvarna A/c and Vajra/Vayu Vajra buses. Prorata charges for partial initial month.

Removal Charges: Rs.500/- per bus for Parisaravahini/Pushpak Buses.

Rs. 1000/- per bus for Suvarna/Big 10/ SLF buses.

Rs. 5000/- per bus Marco polo A/c & Vajra/Vayu Vajra buses.

Incase the licensee removes the advertisements, the same will be refunded after

getting certificate from the concerned Depot Managers.

No removal charges to be levied if booking for minimum 6 months.

Only Vinyl stickers for Parisaravahini/Pushpak & Mesh Vinyl stickers for Suvarna/Big-10/ SLF/ Marco polo Suvarna A/c and Volvo buses to be used for display of advertisements.

Full display & removal charges along with service tax @ 10.3 % & BBMP / RTA tax to be paid in advance for booking up to a period of 6 months.

In other cases, for Parisaravahini/ Pushpak/Suvarna/Big-10 3 months charges to be paid as Security deposit and up to 3 months charges in advance till end of the current calendar quarter. Next three months charges to be paid before expiry of current calendar quarter. Any delay shall lead to interest @ 2% per month or part thereof. Besides, it may lead to forfeiture of security deposit.

In other cases for Marco polo, Volvo buses, 2 months charges to be paid as security deposit and up to 1 month charges in advance till end of the current month. Next months charges to be paid before expiry of current month. Any delay shall lead to interest @ 2% per month or part thereof. Besides, it may lead to forfeiture of security deposit.

All the payments shall be through DD drawn in favour of CAO-FA, BMTC, and B'lore only.
